We are now looking to grow our team and platform by hiring a Sales Manager.

We are looking for an exceptionally creative and strategic salesperson to lead our growing business, with a deep understanding of the cultural nuances among the many different business culture in the marketplace. The sales manager will be responsible for setting strategy in partnership with new and existing clients.

This person should have a passion for the Seesy brand and must be an independent thinker and a self-starter with the ability to manage several projects at once with a high level of detail. This role is focused specifically on our SaaS solution, of particular interest are candidates with a background in technology or lifestyle sectors, and those who are used to working in an environment that requires agility, selflessness, and the ability to think holistically. Also of interest are candidates who have experience developing sales strategies for a young, business to consumer-focused brand.

This role will be working cross functionally with our Product Management, Social Media team, and support our product team, whilst influencing the future product roadmap and priorities of Seesy. Core metrics will include lead and upsell goals, feature adoption, and the satisfaction of our Product colleagues.

We would also love you to have:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a product marketing role for a B2B SaaS company, ideally for SMB.
  • The ideal candidate will have worked in smaller companies and be successful in a fast moving, entrepreneurial culture. Should have the ability and willingness to stretch from strategic thinking and influencing to the details of execution in order to drive exceptional business results.
  • Blends a quantitative and analytical approach with a creative mindset to create innovative programs which drive measurable results.
  • Is a strong communicator and excellent at leading cross functional initiatives
  • Full knowledge of the 360 sales cycle, and further developing accounts
  • Winning new business on cold leads via effective consultative selling – understanding customer needs and offering the most appropriate product and services
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge including product features and benefits, competition in the financial services space and relevant developments in target industries
  • Meeting and exceeding designated KPIs, managing your pipeline and time effectively and commercially
  • Personal Accountability – Taking ownership of all situations you are faced with on a daily basis
  • Fantastic Organisational and Communication skills – Managing multiple tasks, and your pipeline, all at once, whilst also being able to communicate with customers, colleagues and key stakeholders within the global company
